Position Overview:

As an Internal Communications and Engagement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing communication strategies and employee engagement initiatives within Avencia Consulting Services.

Compensation:
Competitive salary plus a 15% performance bonus and exceptional benefits package.

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid model with three days of remote work and two days in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Senior Manager in executing internal communication strategies and engagement programs across the organization.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, HR, and senior leadership, to ensure effective communication flow.
  • Oversee daily operations of the internal communication function, ensuring timely and relevant information dissemination.
  • Coordinate logistics and content preparation for divisional meetings, ensuring all materials are engaging and informative.
  • Design and conduct surveys to assess employee sentiment, utilizing findings to enhance engagement strategies.
  • Maintain and analyze communication metrics, providing monthly reports and insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop presentations, reports, and other communication materials as needed.
  • Ensure governance of internal communication channels, including emails and intranet, by managing content and maintaining updated contact lists.
  • Innovate and manage employee engagement events, fostering a vibrant workplace culture.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the communication function, leading initiatives to enhance efficiency.
  • Work with the talent development team to align training opportunities with organizational needs.

Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Content Creation: Proficient in crafting clear and engaging content, with the ability to distill complex information into accessible language.
  • Design Acumen: Strong attention to visual consistency and brand representation across various communication formats.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects effectively, demonstrating strong organizational capabilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office, MS Teams, and SharePoint is advantageous.
