About the Role:

We're seeking a Head of Proposition Marketing to lead the development and delivery of new and evolving propositions for our People Division's product portfolio. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for market sizing, proposition creation, and validation, as well as working with marketing communications to bring these propositions to life.

Your Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive business growth and customer engagement
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and launch new propositions
* Conduct market research and analysis to inform proposition development
* Work with marketing communications to develop compelling content and campaigns

About You:

We're looking for a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and a track record of delivering results. You'll have a strong understanding of the marketing landscape and be able to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. You'll also be a collaborative team player with excellent communication and project management skills.
