This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join a global company and contribute to the growth of their customer base.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for selling a range of products and services to customers. This is a busy and fast-paced role, and you should enjoy working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify and convert warm leads into customers
- Focus on outbound calling and identify sales opportunities
- Contribute to the new business process and suggest ideas to maximize customer sign-up
- Meet individual and team sales targets
- Work closely with Service Delivery teams to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of customer and management reports
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as required
- Identify and evaluate risks within the department and take appropriate measures
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience with a proven track record of selling and achieving targets
- Experience or knowledge within the automotive/dealership/leasing industry is highly desirable
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to build long-term relationships with customers
- Excellent time management skills and ability to plan and manage workload
- Ability to take ownership of issues and delegate non-sales related tasks
- Team player with a positive attitude
