Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement global regulatory strategies to support Gowan's business objectives
  • Lead a team of regulatory professionals to ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with R&D, Development, and Formulations to ensure regulatory alignment and support
  • Represent Gowan's interests in regulatory forums and working groups
  • Manage regulatory budgets and resources to ensure effective use of company funds
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory landscapes and provide guidance to the team
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in regulatory affairs, with a strong focus on global strategy and multi-year planning
  • Master's degree in a science or regulatory discipline, or Doctorate preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead and influence individuals and cross-functional teams
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex regulatory information to non-technical stakeholders
