**Key requirements**:
- Demonstrated expertise in people leadership and surveying across multiple sectors.
- Proven experience in successfully delivering transformation change and also continuous improvement.
- Sound knowledge of the latest survey instrumentation and methodologies.
- Successful history of leading strategic changes and managing multiple projects and initiatives.
- Full membership of RICS and/or CICES is essential.
- Commitment to prioritizing health and safety for survey teams based on knowledge and experience.
- Experience in managing large datasets in an ordered and structured manner.
- Exceptional communication skills, adept decision-making, proven team leadership capabilities, client management proficiency, financial acumen, strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Flexibility and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong industry ties with clients, suppliers, and industry bodies are desirable.
