About the Role

The Advertising Operations Coordinator will play a key role in maximizing and facilitating all advertising sales opportunities by providing administrative and production support to the advertising sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input all UK & US advertising sale orders into Advantage.
  • Produce invoices and manage debt collection between Credit Control and Sales.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external colleagues.
  • Assist the Advertising Sales team with customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage the month-end Digital Campaign Report checks and communicate results to customers.
  • Exceed minimum expectations with regards systems such as Advantage.
  • Support the Advertising Operations Manager as required.

About You

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in customer account management and invoicing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional telephone manner.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent MS Office skills and ability to learn new systems.

What We Offer

Oxford University Press offers a hybrid working policy, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the Oxford office. We also offer 25 days' holiday, rising with service, plus bank holidays and Christmas closure. We contribute to your pension up to 12% and offer a discretionary annual bonus.
