Position Overview

As a Customer Engagement Specialist at Listers, your primary role will be to connect with clients and showcase the latest offerings and innovations in our automotive range.

This position requires a commitment of 5 days a week (42 hours), including regular weekend shifts. Typical working hours are from 08:30 to 18:00 on weekdays, 9:00 to 18:00 on Saturdays, and 10:00 to 16:00 on Sundays.

The basic salary is up to £25,000, with additional bonuses and a company vehicle, leading to an on-target earnings potential of £30,000.

As a vital member of our sales team, you will serve as a key point of contact for our clientele, welcoming them into our showroom or addressing inquiries via phone or online platforms. You will deliver engaging presentations about our products and vehicles, demonstrating a thorough understanding of the Listers brand.

Don’t worry if you’re not currently an expert; our extensive training program will equip you with all the necessary knowledge to excel as a Customer Engagement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and sustain a welcoming and customer-centric sales atmosphere while ensuring the showroom is well-maintained and visually appealing.
  • Promote and sell both new and pre-owned vehicles in accordance with Listers' trading policies.
  • Be prepared to receive and welcome customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, in-person visits, email, and live chat, following Listers' sales protocols.
  • Guide and inform customers while delivering enthusiastic and knowledgeable presentations of our vehicle lineup.
  • Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

While experience in the automotive industry is not mandatory, a proven track record of exceptional customer service skills and the ability to engage with people is essential.

We seek individuals with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.

A polished appearance and a determined attitude to succeed are crucial.

The capacity to quickly build rapport with customers is highly valued.
