This role presents a remarkable opportunity for a Retail Sales Advisor to be part of a dynamic environment. The position is situated in a vibrant showroom that showcases an extensive range of products, complete with a demonstration kitchen that frequently hosts events for suppliers and customers. Each day is filled with diverse activities, ensuring that no two days are alike.

We are seeking a Retail Sales Advisor for 28 hours a week, with flexible scheduling across 6 days, including some weekends and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service that aligns with Nisbets' standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Take initiative in achieving store sales objectives and key performance indicators, including Revenue, Margin, Conversion, Footfall, Quotes, and Average Transaction Value to enhance store profitability.
  • Engage in outreach initiatives using local knowledge, which may involve outbound sales calls, customer visits, and participation in in-store meetings and events.
  • Perform general shop floor responsibilities, including restocking and processing incoming deliveries.
  • Maintain Visual Merchandising standards to boost customer engagement and drive repeat business through effective Store KPIs.
  • Conduct stock auditing tasks accurately as directed by management.
  • Process customer transactions while adhering to established policies.
  • Comply with all retail policies communicated by management.
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are upheld in all areas of the store for a safe environment.
  • Interact with all store visitors respectfully, utilizing training to navigate challenging situations positively.
  • Follow Health and Safety guidelines to maintain a secure environment for all.
  • Actively seek clarification on all operational practices and procedures.
