The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Presales Specialist to play a key role in our sales team. As a Presales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and delivering product demonstrations to secure new business, representing our product to customers, and responding to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.

About You
  • 1-5 years of experience in a sales/client-facing capacity
  • Experience in treasury, cash management, or corporate finance, or in a technology role related to these practices is preferred but not necessary
  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Ability to understand and take on feedback

  • High levels of emotional intelligence
The Role
  • Responsible for the strategic development and delivery of product demonstrations to secure new business
  • Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
  • Responds to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs, Requests for Information and pricing requests
  • Responsible for coordinating response for technical integration to Alpha for accounts and FX (API, Swift H2H and treasury system)
  • Responsible for staying abreast of product roadmap as well as understanding the scenarios, features, and functions within the product and how these are applied to address business and technical problems
  • Responsible for understanding business and technical problems addressed by the products including key regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc.
  • Responsible for providing feedback from the market to Product Management and Development regarding products including coordinating gaps between product functionality and market/customer demands
