College Ambassador Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive College Ambassador to join our Student Services department, reporting directly to the Head of Centre. This part-time, fixed-term role is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating a positive and safe learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive and safe learning environment across the college campus and surrounding areas.
  • Support the college in making learners feel safe by patrolling outside the college campuses and local transport hubs.
  • Interact with and support the community in recognizing the value of the college and its positive impact on the town.
  • Monitor student behaviour, enforce college policies, and address any issues that arise.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage challenging situations calmly and effectively.
  • A background in education or security is advantageous, but above all, a commitment to the welfare and success of our students is essential.
