- Manage and block out Financial Advisors' diaries, ensuring seamless scheduling.
- Send confirmation letters to clients, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Create and maintain accurate client files, adhering to data protection guidelines.
- Provide general office administration and coordination, ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation.
- Meet and greet clients into the office, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
Requirements:
- Previous office-based experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Organized and efficient, with a keen eye for detail.
- Confident user of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Professional manner, with a strong commitment to customer service.
Working Hours and Salary:
Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary range of £23,000 - £27,000.
