About the Company: Our client is a leading manufacturer of products supplied to the food and beverage industry.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality control testing of all materials and ensure QC release and samples are dispatched to the laboratory.
  • Set up and run the daily taste panel.
  • Perform product testing, including moisture, GCMS, and other tests as required (training will be provided).
  • Support the production team by answering queries and processing paperwork.
  • Assist with specific business projects.
  • Ensure all factory-retained samples are stored and cataloged.
  • Take microbiology swabs and water samples.
  • Prepare samples for external testing.
  • Upload and maintain accurate data on file and within the company's IT platform.
  • Maintain and calibrate QC testing equipment.
  • Conduct factory audits.
  • Comply with all company hygiene, environmental, and health and safety requirements.

Requirements:

  • Full right to work in the UK.
  • Good computer skills and ability to perform administrative tasks.
