Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineer to join our team at Entech Technical Solutions Limited. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of safe and efficient manufacturing processes within allocated manufacturing cells.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Lean manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
  • Create and maintain documentation for assembly and test processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Design and implement safe and efficient manufacturing processes within allocated manufacturing cells.
  • Source and procure necessary tooling and equipment for manufacturing cells.
  • Ensure configuration control of operational documentation and compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 regulations.
  • Investigate and resolve non-conformities impacting the manufacturing process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to eliminate routing and material variances.
  • Provide production support and influence design revisions through the engineering change process.
  • Author process documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
Desirable Experience & Skills
  • Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in implementing Lean manufacturing principles.
  • Technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatics.
  • Basic CAD skills for layout design and model interrogation.
  • MRP/ERP system experience, preferably with SAP.
  • Understanding of risk assessments and compliance requirements for health and safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
  • Project management experience, including risk, schedule, and cost management.
