Key Responsibilities- Service Delivery: Assist in managing and assuring Hard and Soft FM services for the estate, including overseeing maintenance and billable works to ensure customer needs are met.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with customers, industry partners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery and address concerns in a timely manner.
- Delegation and Support: Deputise for the Estate Manager as required and provide support to program and contract management, including project development and monitoring.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and other contractual standards.
- Experience: Proven experience of working with customers to identify and quantify needs in a Hard FM environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills and experience in customer relationship and stakeholder management.
- Appraisal and Escalation: Experience in appraising the standards of works and ability to identify and escalate to Estate Manager any concerns.
- Billable Works: Support the review and monitoring of progress of Billable Works.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in Hard FM environment and customer relationship management.
- Professional Development: Willingness to obtain in-house industry-specific training and qualification within 12 months.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality services.
- Quality Service: Manage a quality service that meets customer needs and expectations.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
- Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance service delivery.
- Pace: Deliver services at pace to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Travel: Regular site visits with occasional UK-wide travel.
- Security Clearance: Security Check (SC) level and DBS check required.
- Professional Membership: Willingness to pursue professional membership or equivalent experience.
