About the Role:

As a Control of Works Specialist at Integral UK, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of all works across our Sunbury Campus. Reporting to the Senior Control of Works within the engineering team, you will be responsible for managing the safety of all site activities, issuing permits for high-risk activities, and providing health and safety guidance to technical, facilities, and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor all high and low-risk activities carried out on site, liaising with contractors, project managers, engineering, and soft services teams.
  • Build and maintain electronic permits for site activities.
  • Issue permits for high-risk activities such as working at height, ground disturbance, and hot works, ensuring all works are carried out safely and in line with company processes.
  • Review and provide comments on Risk Assessments and Method Statements for work owners and contractors.
  • Develop and write Risk Assessments and Method Statements for the engineering team.
  • Liaise daily with contractors and work owners to ensure site safety.
  • Conduct regular work safety audits to identify and mitigate potential risks.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work weekends as required.
