**Job Title: Clerk Of Works**
**Job Summary:**
Mainstay Facilities is seeking a skilled Clerk Of Works to join our team. As a key member of our Facilities Management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor and report on site safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with the project team to identify and mitigate potential risks
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients and contractors
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the facilities management or construction industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High level of organizational and time management skills
