Job Title: Project Manager Fire and Security

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Fire and Security projects in Scotland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of integrated Fire and Security projects
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with clients, contracts managers, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct regular safety and quality audits on site to ensure compliance with defined procedures
  • Monitor Health & Safety of allocated staff and Sub-Contractors, ensuring compliance with all legislation
  • Manage and conduct commercial negotiations and enforcement of contract terms as required by the project
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of managing the delivery of large and multiple concurrent projects within the Fire and Security industry
  • Working knowledge of mainstream Fire, Access Control, CCTV systems and networking, demonstrable knowledge of CDM Regulations and managing Health & Safety on site
  • Ability to produce Risk and Method Statements
  • Ability to manage and influence both internal & external stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellency in verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
