Hub Manager Job Description

As a key member of the Zoomo team, the Hub Manager will be responsible for leading our e-bike operations in Birmingham, driving revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction while building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement plans to achieve revenue and profit targets, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Hub Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of hub operations, including retail, fleet management, inventory control, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution and optimal results.
  • Stakeholder Relationships and Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and local authorities, to drive business growth and development.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements, mitigating risks and ensuring a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Representation and Communication: Represent the company at regional industry events and conferences, effectively communicating our vision and values to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Business Acumen and Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and business acumen.
  • Technical Skills and Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail POS systems, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Leadership and Team Management: A proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams, with a focus on employee engagement and development.
