Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Band 6 Orthopaedic Scrub Team Leader to join our team at Warrington and Halton Teaching Hospitals NHSFT. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a team of professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate elective perioperative care programs, ensuring high clinical standards and a passion for teaching.
  • Oversee the department in the absence of the manager, motivating and developing staff.
  • Join the CSTM/Nightingale Band 6 team and work across sites, supporting surgeries and patients with enhanced clinical needs.
