About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Floor Manager to join our team in Edinburgh. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading and developing a high-performing team, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of stylists to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results
  • Develop and implement effective floor plans and rotas to maximize sales and customer engagement
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve store targets and KPIs
  • Provide coaching and support to team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Manage day-to-day store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
  • Collaborate with the specialist customer experience team leaders to manage team KPIs and SLAs for online customer support
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a retail leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of retail systems and processes, with the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
