ROLE OVERVIEW:
You will be responsible for implementing marketing initiatives to enhance recruitment and communication strategies. This involves close collaboration with the Employer & Learner Engagement, Marketing & Schools Liaison Manager to create and execute various marketing materials and campaigns.
The ideal candidate will possess at least a Level 3 qualification and a minimum of one year’s experience in a marketing, public relations, or design capacity. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential, along with a solid background in social media, digital marketing, and analytics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute captivating digital and print media campaigns aimed at diverse audiences to promote various programmes and services.
- Provide internal marketing assistance to teams, supporting their communication and service delivery through the creation of marketing collateral and reprographic services.
- Design and organize a range of marketing assets and content for multiple channels, including e-shots, animations, banners, presentations, merchandising, advertisements, and literature, ensuring compliance with branding guidelines and Equality & Diversity standards.
- Maximize public relations opportunities by actively sourcing, crafting, and disseminating positive PR and success narratives, including case studies, news articles, learner and employer testimonials, and related content.
- Coordinate, deliver, and participate in various high-quality internal and external events.
- Conduct photography as required and maintain a repository of high-quality images.
- Enhance and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the Company website.
- Create engaging content for client interaction via social media and expand the Company's social media footprint, leveraging all promotional opportunities.
- Attend events and exhibitions, researching the latest trends to generate innovative marketing concepts.
WORKING HOURS:
35 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with flexibility required for events outside of standard hours.

TRAINING AND PERFORMANCE MONITORING:
The Initial Training Plan outlines training and developmental activities, with a mentor assigned to oversee progress. Employees will undergo at least two performance reviews annually, including a minimum of one interim progress update.
