This role is ideal for someone with experience working in an IFA/Wealth Management practice, possessing strong product knowledge in HNW Pensions & Investments, and delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities- Providing administrative support to a team of IFA's
- Preparing correspondence, including letters and emails
- Serving as the primary point of contact for IFA's, clients, life offices, and business members
- Maintaining administration systems
- Ensuring daily workflow is completed
- Assisting with the management of IFA's portfolio of existing business
- Preparing new business and review packs
- Performing general administration tasks, including filing, photocopying, and scanning duties
Applicants should offer a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role, with whole-of-market product knowledge and strong use of provider platforms. Industry qualifications are advantageous, but not essential. Full study support is available for those keen to progress.
