Financial Planning Accountant

About the RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic Financial Planning Accountant to join our Finance team in Eastleigh. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for accounting activities associated with the Wrexham Cable and Components Plants.
You will report to the Industrial Planning, Controlling & Reporting Manager and be responsible for co-ordinating and producing timely and accurate monthly Management Accounts, reporting information for internal management teams and external submission requirements.

- Providing Manufacturing & Logistics Managers with financial performance analysis, identifying potential problems and opportunities.
- Review and provide commentary on variance analysis for Manufacturing and Logistic costs for Senior management.
- Detailed evaluation of inventory for the Plants.
- Assisting in the preparation of Operations and Logistics annual budgets.
- Preparing information for audits and liaising with auditors.
- Carrying out ad-hoc projects for other members of the Finance Management team.
Estimated salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum. We offer a competitive benefits package, including:
