Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: £21,000 (with additional guaranteed earnings for the first four months)
  • On Target Earnings: £25,000 - £30,000
  • Work Schedule: 5 days a week, including some Saturdays (typically 2 on, 1 off). Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:30 and Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00
  • Additional Benefits: 33 days of paid holiday (plus an extra day off for your birthday), holiday commission, pension plan, life insurance, company rewards and incentives, structured career progression, financial support for EA qualifications, and an employee assistance program.

Your Responsibilities

  • Start each day with purpose; our morning meetings set the agenda and goals for the day.
  • Engage with clients, providing updates on their property transactions—don’t hesitate to make calls to ensure effective communication.
  • Match clients with suitable properties and schedule appointments for valuations, viewings, and other services.
  • Identify new leads and generate business opportunities to enhance performance.
  • Meet clients at properties, offering friendly and welcoming advice.
  • Deliver a memorable experience, including handing over keys on moving day.
