About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Estate Agent to join our team at Cubitt & West. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet customers, providing a warm and welcoming experience
  • Conduct property viewings and valuations, identifying potential sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing regular updates and feedback
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve performance
  • Attend morning meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and best practices
