About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Estate Agent to join our team at Fine & Country, a leading luxury estate agency with a global presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market and sell high-end properties in the upper quartile of the market, with a focus on luxury homes in Sutton Coldfield and Lichfield.
  • Develop and implement bespoke marketing strategies for each client, utilizing the Fine & Country network for local, national, and international exposure.
  • Work closely with clients from initial contact to the sale of their property, providing exceptional service and achieving the highest possible price.
  • Collaborate with the Fine & Country team to leverage their expertise and resources, including a pre-sales team, post-sales team, and admin support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Estate Agent, with a strong track record of listing and selling high-end properties.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to deal with U/HNW individuals.
  • Professionally presented and able to provide a world-class service to clients.
