We are thrilled to present a remarkable position for a Chef de Partie at a busy country hotel located in Worcestershire. This establishment is dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences without the distractions of functions or weddings, focusing solely on restaurant service.

Working Conditions

  • 4.5 days of work per week
  • Live-in accommodation available

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary up to £33.5k depending on experience
  • Additional tips estimated at £3k
  • Complimentary meals provided
  • Uniform supplied
  • 28 days of holiday entitlement

Role Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and mentor junior kitchen staff
  • Prepare and present dishes using fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients in a Rosette standard kitchen
  • Ensure high-quality plating for hotel and restaurant patrons
  • Opportunities for professional growth within the organization

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in a 1AA rosette hotel or restaurant kitchen is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and presentation
