Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete pre-termination interviews after receiving notice
  • Provide administrative support to community coordinators to enable them to carry out lettings interviews, viewings, and sign-ups
  • Manage and maintain parking permit issuing processes for customers
  • Update and amend any tenancy details, including household members and name changes
  • Monitor the rents inbox
  • Manage and monitor garage rent accounts
  • Set up payment methods
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)

Essential Experience:

  • Relevant previous experience
