The Recruitment Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our logistics team in a leading manufacturer of paper for hygienic and domestic use worldwide.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Issue transport documents and customs paperwork for outgoing goods from the plant, ensuring accuracy and punctuality.
  • Communicate with various company departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to problem-solve and rectify differences in sales orders and shipped products.
  • Verify the weight of shipped products against system-recorded values and identify discrepancies.
  • Support corporate departments in distribution logistics and guarantee compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Administrate and file all documentation, ensuring adherence to company procedures.

Requirements:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills.
  • Ability to work in an organized manner and prioritize tasks.
  • Good IT skills and computer literacy.
  • Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • SAP knowledge is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team to solve problems and issues.
  • Previous experience in a transport or shipping department is preferred.
