Commissioning Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Manager to join our Commissioning Management team in London. This is a hybrid role with an expectation of 2-3 days per week in our London office.
As a Commissioning Manager, you will be responsible for managing a comprehensive content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery across all verticals. You will work closely with Senior Commissioning Managers to strategically plan and manage workflows across various parts of the business, including Media, Design Studio, Marketing, Content, Editorial, and Sales.
You will be responsible for collating data using key metrics to measure performance and efficiency across departments and individuals, and present findings on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to the Senior Commissioning Managers. Additionally, you will be responsible for freelancer management, ensuring we're meeting capacity, managed and organised in advance of content peaks and employee annual leave.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and manage a comprehensive content calendar to ensure consistent and timely content delivery across all verticals.
- Align workflows across various parts of the business, including Media, Design Studio, Marketing, Content, Editorial, and Sales.
- Collate data using key metrics to measure performance and efficiency across departments and individuals.

- Manage freelancers to ensure we're meeting capacity, managed and organised in advance of content peaks and employee annual leave.
Requirements
- Ability to plan and manage a content calendar effectively.
- Project management skills - mid level.
- Data analysis - you will be knowledgeable on data analysis and be able to make recommendations.
- Organising and planning workflow systems.
