About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable adults to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

Our Care Assistants are responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, including assisting with personal care, managing medication, and supporting with daily living tasks. You will work closely with a close-knit care team and have access to our mobile care app, which will help you to deliver exceptional care and reduce paperwork.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, resilient, and willing to learn new skills and develop their knowledge as part of a close-knit team. You do not need any social care experience to apply for this role, but you will need to be able to demonstrate your ability to care for others and work in a fast-paced environment.
