- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Proven experience in sales, event planning, or a related field, preferably within the hospitality, events, or catering industry.
- Strong understanding of event sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
