Conference Sales and Events Coordinator

Network Catering is seeking an experienced Conference Sales and Events Coordinator to join our team. As a Conference Sales and Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, hosting site visits, and crafting bespoke proposals to align with each client's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with potential clients and host captivating site visits to highlight our hotel's stunning offerings.
• Craft bespoke proposals and expertly draft contracts that align with each client's vision.
• Collaborate with clients and coordinate with various teams to orchestrate flawless, unforgettable events.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, turning first-time visitors into loyal returnees.
• Contribute to dynamic sales strategies while staying ahead of market trends to draw in new business opportunities.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey ideas and build rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple events and tasks efficiently.
• Customer-centric mindset focused on delivering exceptional service and meeting client needs.
• Creative problem solver, innovative in addressing challenges and adapting to changing circumstances.
• Results-driven attitude, motivated to achieve sales targets and contribute to the hotel's success.
Job Type: FTC
Schedule: Mon-Fri, 30-40 Hours per week
Salary: £28,460 per annum
