Senior Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts in the UK insurance sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and executing targeted marketing campaigns to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to engage with UK insurance providers.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create and execute field sales activities and events.
  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across content, digital marketing, events, webinars, and analyst interactions.
  • Develop a content strategy and editorial calendar to create multifunctional content.
  • Drive innovation in marketing techniques and approaches.
  • Translate sales objectives into marketing objectives and develop project plans for marketing support.
  • Lead cross-functional project management, including communications.
  • Identify internal and external resources for strategic account marketing execution.
  • Measure and analyse the success impact metrics, including existing account revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on insurance.
  • Proven success in revenue generation through multi-channel demand generation campaigns and client-centric marketing.
  • Track-record of account-based marketing.
  • Experience in marketing enterprise solutions within the B2B sector, especially targeting global insurance companies.
  • Strong individual with sector knowledge from a vendor/product standpoint.
  • Some strategic thinking required but will be more of an individual contributor/executive role.

What We Offer:

  • C£80-90,000 base salary.
  • 3-days in the office.
