About the Role

Flexible Solutionz is seeking a skilled Fraud Investigator to join our team in investigating suspected fraudulent claims. As a Fraud Investigator, you will play a crucial role in detecting and preventing insurance fraud, ensuring the integrity of our claims process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate a caseload of suspected fraudulent claims, including Low Velocity Impacts, Staged, and Contrived collisions.
  • Conduct thorough investigations, gathering evidence on suspected fraudulent claims for personal injury, vehicle damage, and credit hire.
  • Carry out telephone interviews with customers and engage external suppliers, including accident investigators, motor engineers, and panel solicitors.
Requirements
  • Experience managing a caseload of fraudulent claims is preferred, however, we are happy to consider those with solid Personal Injury and/or Credit Hire file handling experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze evidence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and external suppliers.
