Job Title: Research Analyst - Operational Risk Management

ORX UK Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Research Analyst to join our team in Bath. As a Research Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering projects that will help solve current Operational and Non-Financial Risk challenges faced by leading institutions in the global financial services industry.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will contribute across ORX's premium Scenarios and Cyber Services, working as part of close-knit teams to support projects, deliver a range of written outputs and support with Working Group facilitation and data analysis. Research activities will include benchmarking and best practice exercises, community insights and original research studies including qualitative and quantitative analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the facilitation of Scenarios and Cyber Working Groups
  • Contribute to the delivery and ongoing development of ORX's premium Scenarios and Cyber Services
  • Deliver a range of written outputs, including research reports and best practice guides
  • Support data collection and analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL and R

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have a strong academic background in a relevant field, excellent research and analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. They will also be subject to background checks due to the highly confidential nature of the data they will be working with.
