Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Consultant Support Analyst to join our team at Equisoft. As a Consultant Support Analyst, you will play a critical role in providing project management support to our clients and consulting project teams across all domains.
Key Responsibilities:- Support client engagements by providing project support, analysis, and Project Management Office activities.
- Work as part of a team or independently engaging with clients, deploying methodology in keeping with Altus standards.
- Ensure time is managed in line with assignment deliverables, with a utilization expectation of between 50 and 75%.
- Support post-project analysis, identifying learnings and areas of continuous improvement.
- 1-2 years of experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Experience at entry Analyst level, ideally in operational, data, test, PMO, or research areas.
- Strong desire to learn about change delivery methodology and practice.
- Excellent people and communication skills, able to confidently converse with clients and peers.
- Proven track record of building strong business relationships.
- Innovative and able to articulate ideas, bringing them to life visually and presenting them to peers.
- Basic understanding of IT fundamentals and a desire to learn about different categories of FS systems.
- Genuine passion and enthusiasm to make a difference for Altus and to grow and to embrace change for the benefit of our clients.
- A willingness to travel and undertake varying roles.
