About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Programme Manager or Associate Programme Manager to join our team at Capstone Property Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a range of new and existing clients and contracts, taking ownership of service delivery, strategy development, and generating new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project and Programme Delivery: Develop and implement project and programme delivery strategies, plans, and budgets, ensuring successful delivery of complex programmes in challenging environments.
  • Client Management: Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and managing business cases, and engaging in business development activity.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage teams, including client, designers, and end-users, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Risk Management: Monitor and mitigate risks and issues threatening successful delivery on an initiative.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present written project/programme formal reports, and other communication materials for a variety of audiences.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in project and programme management, with a track record of delivering complex programmes in challenging environments.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of end-to-end delivery life cycle for project and programmes, including statutory requirements associated with technical capital schemes.
  • Skills: Excellent written verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and provide solutions in uncertain environments.
  • Qualifications: Ideally educated to degree or equivalent level in a relevant field, with membership of a relevant chartered institute in the construction and/or project/programme management industry.
