Telesales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at DPD Group UK. As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in generating high-quality prospect appointments for our Field Sales Executives.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospecting and Appointment Setting: Identify new business opportunities, gather comprehensive information, and contact potential customers to gain commitment to an appointment.
- Target Achievement: Meet daily and weekly targets to drive sales growth.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and timely records of prospect shipping requirements and contact details.
- System Maintenance: Update and maintain all internal systems to ensure seamless communication with FSEs and Sales Managers.
- Customer Engagement: Promote Company products and services, highlighting the benefits to potential customers.
- Outbound Calling Experience: Prior experience in outbound calling, either Business to Business or Business to Consumer.
- Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and organisation skills.
- CRM Knowledge: Knowledge of navigating CRM systems or databases.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and resilient, with a strong desire to meet targets.
- Decision-Making: Ability to engage with key decision-makers and drive sales growth.
