We are seeking an experienced and skilled Kitchen Manager to join our team at Stonegate Group. As a leader in the business, you will be responsible for delivering consistently high standards in the dining operation while developing the next generation of kitchen leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, coach, and mentor your team to achieve exceptional results
- Develop and maintain a high standard of food knowledge and skill
- Ensure compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, and legal requirements
- Lead and manage the kitchen brigade, ensuring their training is up-to-date and complete
- Responsible for maintaining kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and drive growth
- Order food supplies and kitchen equipment as needed
