About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programmatic Director to join our team at Group M Worldwide Inc. as an Account Director - Programmatic Media. This is a key role that will involve leading our programmatic media efforts and driving business growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of programmatic media strategies across multiple clients and campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize programmatic media budgets to achieve maximum ROI and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of programmatic media campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of programmatic media objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to ensure our programmatic media efforts remain innovative and effective.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in programmatic media, with a strong understanding of programmatic platforms, ad exchanges, and data management platforms.
  • Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
