About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Brook View School. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with Autistic Spectrum needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized care and support to children and young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Support children and young people with their educational and therapeutic needs.
  • Participate in on-call duties and provide emergency care as needed.
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Level 3 qualification in care or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work a rota basis, including earlies and lates, with sleep-ins.
  • Passion for working with children and young people with Autistic Spectrum needs.
