Join Our Team as a Residential Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Brook View School. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.

About the Role:

  • Provide individualized support and care to children and young people in a residential setting
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Encourage and support children and young people to develop their skills and independence
  • Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a safe and supportive environment

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license
  • Ability to work a rota basis, including evenings and weekends
