As a Residential Support Worker, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring that each child receives the support they need to thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team
  • Ensure the physical, emotional, and social well-being of residents is promoted and maintained
  • Work closely with the care team to identify and address any concerns or issues
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license
  • Ability to work a rota basis, including earlies and lates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and residents
