About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Cambian Brook View School. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other staff members.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license.
  • Ability to work a rota basis, including earlies and lates, with sleep ins.
  • Passion for working with children and young people with complex needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and maintain confidentiality.
