About the Role:

As a Delivery Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing global operational processes and ensuring the smooth delivery of product licenses and software post-sales. Your focus will be on optimizing efficiency, revenue, and margin performance while maintaining high standards of process consistency and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer software delivery by overseeing the generation of licenses and creation of assets to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to manage and maintain customer data effectively.
  • Provide operational support to internal teams by addressing questions and inquiries, facilitating smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge base by keeping process documentation and the operations knowledge base up to date, ensuring all team members have access to current information and best practices.
  • Streamline operations by identifying opportunities for workflow and process enhancements to improve efficiency, particularly during high-volume periods like the end of the quarter and fiscal year.
  • Collaborate across teams by working closely with multiple departments, including finance, legal, sales, and product teams, to ensure quality processes and alignment across the organization.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience managing post-sale processes, particularly in a high-volume environment.
  • Experience in a SaaS company is a plus.
  • Strong process-driven approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Self-learner with strong prioritization skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.
Language:

Fluency in English is required as it is the key language of communication within the team and the company.
