Job Title: ICT Service Desk

Are you a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual with a passion for resolving technical issues? We are seeking an ICT Service Desk professional to join our team at Peaple Talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, utilizing the IT helpdesk workflow to complete requests within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Deliver exceptional call handling, both during and outside of regular working hours, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of software and hardware problems, allocating complex issues to relevant IT team members as needed.
  • Arrange external technical support when necessary, ensuring seamless issue resolution.
Requirements:
  • Prioritize requests based on urgency, effectively managing time and resources.
  • Previous helpdesk experience is essential, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and technologies, with a structured problem-solving approach.
  • Excellent telephone manner and face-to-face communication skills, with the ability to provide end-user training as required.
Technical Skills:

Experience with Citrix XenApp, Windows Server 2016, Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, VMWare 6.7, Teams Telephony, and Network Security protocols is highly desirable.

Working Environment:

This is an office-based role, working 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday), with occasional out-of-hours planned maintenance.
