Personal Assistant to Senior Executive

Competitive Salary Range

Part-time Position - 20 hours per week - (preferably distributed over 4 days)

Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract.

This position offers a unique opportunity to support a Senior Executive in a dynamic environment.

As an individual who values structure and clarity, I am looking for a highly organized professional who excels in navigating complex situations, simplifying challenges, and implementing effective accountability measures. Confidentiality, discretion, empathy, and emotional intelligence are crucial attributes for this role.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, with expertise in Office 365 applications such as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, and will be eager to learn and adapt to new systems. A commitment to high standards of work quality and professionalism is essential.

Regular in-office presence is necessary to foster relationships with both myself and the broader team, providing insight into the stakeholders and cultural context of our work. This will typically involve 2 to 3 days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities may include:

  • Managing emails and calendars
  • Organizing tasks and ensuring accountability
  • Coordinating travel and expense reports
  • Assisting in data collection and analysis
  • Conducting research support
  • Organizing events
  • Proofreading documents and communications
  • Creating templates for presentations and spreadsheets
  • Preparing for meetings and events, including agenda and minute preparation

This list is not exhaustive. The nature of the role requires flexibility and adaptability, as no two days are the same.

This position does not involve HR advisory responsibilities or project management related to daily business operations.
