1st Executive Ltd is in search of a Procurement Consultant for a prestigious client. This role is integral to a global capability within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a vital part of the Global Sourcing team, concentrating on the procurement of indirect services such as Corporate Real Estate, indirect Operations services, and Corporate Finance services. You will oversee the execution of complex sourcing projects across the entire indirect spend category.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, fostering relationships to highlight the value of Procurement.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple tenders and negotiations for the category, including drafting and issuing RFx documentation, conducting offer analysis with both technical and commercial evaluations, negotiating terms, and preparing recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Assist the Category Manager in defining and implementing strategies for various spending areas.
  • Contribute to internal continuous improvement initiatives, including training programs and supplier engagement forums.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Procurement within the Indirect spend category.
  • Demonstrated success in executing indirect sourcing projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, with a proven track record in influencing decision-making.
  • Experience in a regulated industry is advantageous.
  • A degree or CIPS qualification is preferred.

Note: Candidates must be based in the UK and possess valid UK Right to Work documentation.
