1st Executive Limited is in search of a Procurement Consultant for a prestigious organization. This role is a remarkable opportunity within a global capability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Become part of a vital function within the Global Sourcing team, concentrating on the procurement of indirect services (such as Corporate Real Estate, indirect Operations services, and/or Corporate Finance services). You will oversee the execution of comprehensive sourcing projects across the indirect spend category.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, fostering relationships to ensure the value of Procurement is acknowledged.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple tenders and negotiations for the category, including drafting and issuing RFx documentation, conducting offer analysis with technical and commercial evaluations, negotiating contractual terms, and preparing recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Assist the Category Manager in defining and implementing strategies for various spending areas.
  • Participate in internal continuous improvement initiatives, including training programs and supplier engagement forums.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in Procurement within the Indirect spend category.
  • Demonstrated success in executing indirect sourcing projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and management skills, with a proven track record in influencing decision-making.
  • Experience in a regulated industry sector is preferred.
  • A degree or CIPS qualification is advantageous.
